It is located on the seafront of Monterosso. Being situated at the beginning of the ZTL (Restricted Traffic Zone), it can be reached on foot or also by car via the side street, Via Molinelli. The train station is 100 meters away.

The property has 6 steps at the entrance and an elevator for the remaining floors.
